Yes we will arrange a solicitor and this is included in the service we are providing, so you don’t need to worry about arranging a solicitors. We take the hassle away from your house purchase and you just have one point contact with us and we keep you regularly updated on the progress.

Stamp duty Land Tax (SDLT) is the tax you must pay if you buy a property or land over a certain price in England and Northern Ireland. As of 22 November 2017 in England, Wales & NI, First Time Buyers (who have never previously owned a property anywhere in the world) will not pay SDLT on the first £300,000 on all property purchases up to £500,000, a saving of up to £5000. Purchases over £500,000 will incur the full SDLT. The discount does not apply to Buy to Let properties. Also due to covid-19, the stamp duty holiday is in place currently till end of September 2021. Depending on your circumstances stamp duty might be applicable.
